I’m Eli — a consultant psychotherapist.
For years, I’ve been helping people with their “mental and psychological baggage” which consists of what has been conceived, considered and envisioned.
Support them in learning how to think about their thoughts and to understand that their emotions, reactions, and choices — especially during stressful times, big life changes, burnout, or personal crises, are result of those thoughts.
In my work, I blend therapy with practical tools for self-regulation and mindfulness.
What really matters to me is to enter in person's daily life the tools of mental hygiene which are applicable whichever geographical location he/she finds itrself at the very moment.
I’m here to support and guide anyone who wants to:
– learn to think about their thoughts;
– destroy the fearful thoughts;
– learn how to actually manage onself, not just “hold it together”;
– find the inner resources and move forward;
– mental defense from the influence of misleading concepts;
– thought managmenet through mental hygiene;

I don’t think I am in a position to give advices to people but cleaning up your mind in how you see the world is a must. It is your own work to fix your mentality, right? It’s tough love but in life you have to pick your hard.
I can guide you in that and you, yourself will decide what is more difficult: to stay the same or to change.
